I’ve spent the past several years working in fraud and customer operations, where I’ve learned how to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and make decisions in situations that aren’t always straightforward.
In my current role, I investigate gift card fraud and account activity, looking for inconsistencies, suspicious behavior, and emerging trends. Much of this work involves connecting small signals that don’t seem obvious at first, then using that information to determine what’s actually happening.
That experience is what led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I wanted to move beyond manual investigation and start building solutions that can scale.
I’m particularly interested in fraud detection, risk analysis, and applying AI to real-world problems. My goal is to bridge the gap between data and decision-making by turning complex information into something clear and actionable.
